You can recycle paper products (newspapers, magazines, office paper, cardboard), plastics (#1 and #2 bottles and containers), metals (aluminum, steel, tin cans), and glass bottles and jars. Make sure all items are clean and dry before placing them in the recycling bin.
Rinse all containers to remove food and liquid residue, flatten cardboard boxes, and remove lids and caps from bottles and jars. Avoid placing plastic bags, styrofoam, or hazardous materials in your recycling bin.
